What is a trademark objection
Trademark objection refers to the legal procedure for soliciting public opinions on the preliminarily approved trademark as clearly stipulated in the trademark law and the regulations for the implementation of the trademark law. If there are different opinions on the preliminarily approved trademark, an opposition may be filed with the trademark office within 3 months from the date of the preliminary approval announcement.
Any prior right holder or interested party, trademark registrant, non-trademark registrant, enterprise, institution or individual may raise the trademark objection.
What should we do if the trademark is disputed
After accepting the application for trademark objection, the trademark office will send the "application for trademark opposition" of the opponent, the reasons for opposition and evidence materials, etc. to the person against whom the opponent is opposed, and limit the person against whom the opponent is opposed to reply within 30 days from the date of receipt.
